CLUB RIDE - Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. AB LAB – Core training improves your body’s functional strength, balance and coordination. The focus is on developing your body’s posture and movement efficiency through use of the core muscles. Movements are performed slowly to provide overall effectiveness and improve functional strength and range of motion.
THE CORE – The body’s strength comes from the core muscles of the abs and low back. Target and tone these muscles using the stability ball, bands, step, and/or basic floor exercises.
CARDIO STRENGTH TRAINING – The ultimate fat-burning workout! 20 minutes of cycling, 20 minutes of strength and 20 of cardio!
PILATES – Classic Joseph H. Pilates mat exercises designed to increase flexibility, balance, posture and body awareness. An AWESOME AB workout!
YOGA – Increase strength, improve flexibility and relieve stress with this centuries old practice that balances mind, body and spirit. Gentle stretching meant to get your rear in gear! Students are encouraged to bring a yoga sticky mat, yoga strap (or an old tie!) and to work at their own pace.
